About Sonya Sigler

My name is Sonya Sigler, and I’m the founder of PractiGal, a coaching and consulting practice built around one mission: helping high-achieving women (and enlightened, progressive men) stop spinning their wheels and start making bold, intentional moves in their careers and lives.

PractiGal exists to empower women, especially lawyers, entrepreneurs, and executives, to break free from burnout, overwhelm, and self-doubt so they can lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

As a former attorney and working mother, I understand what it feels like to live a “successful” life that no longer feels fulfilling. I created PractiGal to offer the kind of support I wish I’d had: practical strategies, real-world tools, and grounded guidance to help women own their achievements, reconnect with their goals, and take meaningful action.

At its core, PractiGal is about community and transformation. Through group and 1:1 coaching, mastermind groups, self-paced courses, live webinars, and guided meditations, I help women tap into their strengths and make the next right move, whether that’s asking for a raise, building a business, or finally prioritizing their well-being.

The results are real and measurable. I’ve helped hundreds reclaim their time, renegotiate their roles, build meaningful careers, and move forward with confidence.

Clients have left toxic environments, stepped into leadership roles, launched purpose-driven businesses, and stepped into lives that feel aligned, intentional, and fully their own.
